Our client provides a complete range of development enabling services from concept to completion. They cater services from the very earliest planning and budgetary advice through initial feasibility studies and remedial advice through to asbestos removal, demolition and earthworks and infrastructure. As a business they synchronise these service streams and provide a fully coordinated single source solution.
They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for the site team overseeing reconstruction works to a Grade 3 Specification (Waterproof Concrete / Waterproof Membrane) build in central London.
The role is to start immediately and is ongoing until approximately late Spring 2019.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in demolition who has worked on residential builds particularly basement works previously (clearly shown on CV applications). The role will involve works associated required for the Party Wall Awards and AiP with the Local Authority, also managing the Secant Pile Wall, Temporary Sheet Pile Wall support, Capping Beam, Temporary Works, Bulk Excavation and Drainage.
The role demands a hardworking individual with strong organsiational and leadership skills, who can multi-task and smoothly run all site operations, make effect decisions quickly and resolve any unforeseen site issues. The rate of pay is competitive, and the role is expected to last for 4-5 months.
