Project Manager (Special Works) required for an established fit-out and refurbishment contractor
Your new company
They are an established fit-out and refurbishment contractor that has completed numerous projects for blue-chip high profile clients valued up to circa £5m. Due to continued success and plenty of repeat business they are a fast growing company and as such are looking to grow their project team with an additional Project Manager.
Your new role
Working within their Special Works department (projects up to £150k) you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of your project which will include duties such as:
Logistical planning of works
Conducting pre-start, site and progress meetings
Ensure the project complies with all building regulations
What you'll need to succeed
You should have recent experience of managing fit-out projects and refurbishments as a Project Manager or no.1 Site Manager. A current and valid SMSTS certificate and CSCS Manager's card are also essential requirements.
