Artwork Administrator (6 month contract, Packaging, Artwork)

6 month contract.

Artwork Delivery Administrator yo help co-ordinate high volume of artwork projects.

You will be managing the packaging change process on selected projects and provide admin support on the artwork briefing.

Key responsibilities-

  • Assist in overseeing packaging projects and NPD re-designs across all hubs, managing all artwork stages.
  • Attend design brief meetings.
  • Briefing in new designs and projects.
  • Attend project team meetings and use knowledge and experience to help ensure brand guidelines.
  • Manage the critical path and deadlines addressing any issues or delays when necessary.

Key skills-

  • Knowledge of print, artwork and repro process - not essential but an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and methodical approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong project management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
