With a strong visibility at the market level the BM will be tasked with supporting the GM in driving the organisational strategy and supporting operational initiatives. The ability to work locally and globally is a must as well as flexibility working on diverse strategic projects and topics.Responsibilities:
Ownership of regional performance management reporting and review process
Delivery of impactful and succinct communications and insights for key business reviews and drive seamless and timely delivery of projects / data requests / analytics
Ownership of GM's major task list, overseeing planning, timing and execution/delivery
Manage the planning, forecasting, revenue tracking, and reporting processes in for all Central Europe projects/initiatives
Representing Regional GM at key operational and project meetings to help assimilate key information and to action upon key tasks to support and drive the regional agenda
Supporting the GM in the annual strategic review and strategy build process
Continually review performance of sales and account management organisation; develop and communicate insights into performance drivers, identify key risks and develop a mitigation plan
Deliver excellent analytics of key regional data sets, to provide deep commercial acumen and thought leadership when generating meaningful insights on performance and new growth and improvement opportunities to the management group
Support the Regional GM in driving continuous improvement and performance management of the regional business
Support the Regional GM in preparation and development of content for key internal and external meetings
Lead the development of new regional growth opportunities with new products, markets and partnerships with the management team
Work in partnership with Business Manager's in Northern and Southern Europe
​Key Skills and competencies:
Demonstrate strong communication skills translating complex data into key messages and presenting to internal and external (senior) stakeholders and counterparts
MBA or Commercial experience to the level of.
Strong business and commercial acumen
Hold a passion for delivering customer centricity in to business
Strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence
Excellent analytical mindset with broad commercial acumen and thought leadership
Self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a global team.
Demonstrated project management, organization and planning skills applied in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Excellent communicator and presenter
Highly analytical
