We are hiring a Manager to drive aggressive growth in direct sales as our business begins its expansion to the EMEA markets. The business? Managed hybrid cloud applications.
Our cloud-monitoring software helps our clients to improve mobility and agility, increase efficiencies and enable them to have end-to-end visibility over their organization's applications.
You will lead a team of Account Executives who are responsible for driving new business from prospecting to closing. You must have managed, mentored, and motivated sales reps to achieve their goals. Part of your responsibilities will be building and managing a team as well as tracking pipeline, performance and forecasts.
* Manage, lead, mentor and train a team of sales people
* Lead the team to successfully achieving sales target
* Provide input in monthly and quarterly forecasting meetings as well as providing insight into market penetration strategies
* Participate in hiring process, as well as training of new team members
* Manage KPI's for team
* Drive follow up, high activity standards, and pipeline management
* 5 years' experience in closing commercial tech sales
* 2 Years successful commercial sales management in a full sales cycle environment
* Strong business acumen and quick thinker
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Smart, thorough, and ability to work independently
* Good inter-department communication skills
* Passion to learn and be challenged
* Self-driven and motivated
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
