The position will be building and working with a network of key stakeholders in the development of construction training opportunities within North London leading to sustained employment of students from a wide range of backgrounds.
The position will involve some delivery of both practical and theory lessons. You should have a strong commitment to high standards of practice and experience of teaching, or working with young people. You should hold at least a Level 3 qualification in a construction or engineering and ideally hold a recognised teaching qualification, although full teacher training will be provided. The college offers a structured induction programme for those new to an education setting. You will gain broad experience in an educational environment. In addition to this, we will offer you in depth coaching and the opportunity to achieve further qualifications through our staff development services
