Inbound Customer Service Agent

The role involves:
* Working in a busy Contact Centre environment
* Taking inbound calls to the general public
* Having conversations with people about their energy supply
* Discussing with them how switching suppliers can save money
* Taking customers through the process of switching energy suppliers
Due to the nature of the position you will need previous experience within Gas & Electric sales.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, are able to be engaging on the telephone and who have some previous customer service based experience.
This role provides a great working environment with a friendly and supportive management structure. It's a permanent job opportunity, with progression available for candidates who demonstrate success and commitment.
The hours of the role are fixed day shifts, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday a month.
