As the Leasehold Officer, you will be carrying out the following duties:
The focus of this position will be on the right to buy elements of the job description. However, the post holder will be required to cover other areas of the responsibilities listed as and when required.
To support the provision of a high quality right to buy service to tenants and management service to leaseholders, shared owners and freeholders, including:
- A welcoming and customer focused response to customer enquiries received from a range of channels sources, both directly from customers and from their nominated representatives
- Processing right to buy applications in a timely manner, to ensure statutory and performance targets are met
- Monitoring customer rent and service charge accounts, including reminders and taking recovery actions where required
- Lease administration tasks, such as consent requests and processing notices
Delivered through effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure a one team approach to the delivery of our services
The role will be full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, normal office hours.
