Sales Development Coach / Trainer

As exciting role has become available at a leading UK employer, who are a top 100 employer as a Sales Performance and Development Coach.
You will be responsible for developing the sales team through coaching methodologies, and be responsible for documenting and report on all coaching and developments plans for the members of team and report back to the Head of Sales.
Your skills in coaching, will be essential in obtaining buy in from the team and pushing their performance to greater success.
To be successful you;
* Must demonstrate the ability to thrive in a climate of rapid change and
to help achieve long term margin streams through appointment generation and identification of opportunities
* Must be a self-starter in terms of time allocation/ documentation and reporting.
* As the role is weighted toward new business accurate use of a CRM is a must.
* Successful candidates will be an enthusiastic team player with the drive and determination to succeed.
