This Inbound Sales and Retentions Advisor role is all about great conversations. This is not a wolf of wall street, cold calling environment. It is the inbound call function of one of the UK's most recognisable telecoms brands. Customers call you, looking to understand and buy your products and this interest must be returned. This means engaging with customers, understanding their lifestyle, needs and wants. Listening, empathy and communication will be your core strengths, along with a personality that is genuinely people focused.
