The Position

This Inbound Sales and Retentions Advisor role is all about great conversations. Working for a business with a phenomenal reputation for customer service, individuals taking up this new challenge may not necessarily see themselves as "Sales People". Strong product knowledge and experience of upselling in your current role are the kinds of experience we are looking for and will nurture and reward.

This is not a wolf of wall street, cold calling environment. It is the inbound call function of one of the UK's most recognisable telecoms brands. Customers call you, looking to understand and buy your products and this interest must be returned. This means engaging with customers, understanding their lifestyle, needs and wants. Listening, empathy and communication will be your core strengths, along with a personality that is genuinely people focused.

Role Specifics

* A guaranteed 40 hour fixed Shift Pattern (11.30am-8.00pm Sunday to Thursday)
* Uncapped Bonus - £500 per month or above highly realistic
