Job Title: Business Development Manager, Sales Executive

Package: £80,000 - £90,000 Basic salary, first year OTE £140,000 + excellent benefits
As a Business Development Manager you will be winning new business with large enterprise clients! With a leading portfolio of employee benefits, you will be dealing with large order values and longer sales cycles. Targeting across verticals, you will mostly be selling into HR Director. In this Business Development role, you will act as a brand ambassador for this employee benefits company. In return you will be given the autonomy to work from home too!
For this Business Development role you must have sales experience within the employee benefits sector. You must have a proven track record. You will be a confident communicator, with strong relationships with HR directors.
