Wild are seeking an Customer Services Administrator to join a well established client, based in Fareham. You will be team focused, have a good eye for detail and be able to prioritise your workload.

The salary for the role is £16,000 and includes company benefits including pension, childcare vouchers and discounted gym memberships.

- Respond to client email enquiries

- Ensuring all work processes are followed correctly

- Taking calls from clients and handling their queries

- Liaising with internal departments and external third parties

- Managing your own work load

- Logging information for customer reports accurately and in a timely manner

- Process customer orders

You will have:

- Confident telephone manner

- Strong attention to detail

- Good time management

- Ability to think work well within a team
