Ideal Candidate Profile
QTS is currently seeking an experienced outside sales professional who is creative, passionate, and results-driven. An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be energized by new challenges, and have a competitive, entrepreneurial spirit. Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships is a must as is the ability to motivate and guide members of a cross-functional team.
Develop new account relationships and maintain current accounts in order to meet or exceed sales forecast.
Negotiate customer requirements and ensure specifications and expectations are understood and achieved.
Drive and coordinate customer relations activities including sales calls, customer visits, trade shows, internal communication, and other interactions.
Skills and Experience
4 year Business or Engineering Degree.
2-5 years of outside sales experience is required.
Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships.
Demonstrated skills in public speaking and giving presentations.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to travel 25% of the time.
Experience in selling technical services to manufacturing companies in the medical device industry is a plus.
Experience with ISO certified companies, highly regulated industries and/or the FDA is helpful.
