Customer Service Coordinator

QTS is currently seeking an energetic, responsive and well-organized full-time Customer Service Coordinator. This position will be responsible for being the primary customer service contact and resource for existing customer products and product line extensions, providing a range of services covering all aspects of the Customer Service Coordinator role.
Customer Management Responsibilities
Work closely with sales to manage all customer interaction with QTS.
Coordinate customer supplied or purchased inventory.
Provide project coordination on existing customer products and product line extensions.
Assist engineers, buyers, production, shipping, finance, and sales with customer requests, requirements and priorities.
Other as specific to the position
Assist sales with obtaining quote information, creating and delivering quotes.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
High School Diploma, Bachelors in related field preferred.
2-10 years of experience in customer service field/purchasing/planning.
Customer service experience and purchasing experience.
Clear, effective communication skills (verbal and writing)
Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and multi task
