FINTEC recruit is seeking a Customer Executive for a permanent position based in Chester. Salary is up to £25,000. Experience and background as an account manager or similar working for an IT / Data intelligence environment an advantage

Responsibilities:

* To manage and expand on business services, telephone customers and undertake web demonstrations
* Offer excellent Customer service and customer retention
* Look new business opportunities within the existing customer base for new products and services
* Maintain good relationships with the wider internal sales teams

Skills and Experience for the Customer Success Executive:

* Degree qualification (ideally 2.2 or above), or similar experience
* Proven commercial experience in a customer service/sales/account management role and strong customer focus
* Good time management skills: ability to multitask and prioritise workload
* Proven experience in an account management based role with a desire to succeed in a target driven environment
