This brand new role is perfect for someone with strong experience working with charities / NFP's CRM's to take that next step to a Head of CRM, Data & Insight role based in Kings Cross, Central London (working from home is encouraged). This is a great chance for someone to take on an interesting role where you will lead on the selection, delivery and implementation of a new CRM. You will have full control over the design & delivery of the data strategy whilst managing a department of 10 people with 4 direct reports.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Database Manager working for any size charity to take that next step in their career and move into a Head of CRM, Data & Insight. You will need to have strong knowledge on a CRM, supporter care, running / supporting data projects, managing a team and all things fundraising. You will have real say in which CRM is implemented, the delivery and the data strategy going forward.
Skills required for the Head of CRM, Data & Insight are:
- Brilliant knowledge in a fundraising CRM (Raisers Edge, ThankQ, Care CRM)
- Experience in managing a team (anything from 2 people upwards)
- Strong CRM / Data project delivery skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders

This charity operate a very flexible working environment including regular working from home (2 - 3 days), condensed working hours and flexible working.
Salary: £46,000 - £48,000 + Excellent benefits
Location: Kings Cross, Central London (working from home encouraged)
