Business Development Director

My client is a fast-growing, non for profit company. My client seeks a Business Development Director who is passionate about our mission, aligned with our values and possesses the following traits. The Business Development Director is responsible for developing and growing the company across Europe. Duties include prospecting, discovery, pilot program coordination, and business case development.

- The primary goal will be to develop a vision and strategy to drive aggressive sales growth, meet revenue targets and build a world class sales culture.
- Define strategies and initiatives to deliver growth
- Research, establish and develop relationships with new prospects - build a pipeline.
- Ability to thrive on the challenge of winning business in a highly competitive
- Collaborate with Marketing Team on account-based initiatives.
- Develop vision, scope and business case for client programmes, including use of detailed growth models and performance assessments..
- Work closely with other members of the management team in creating and implementing the sales plan.
- Seeking out new opportunities, developing the strategy to win new business and leading sales campaigns.
- Proactively identify changes in customer requirements to enable the business to respond quickly to evolving dynamics whilst ensuring innovative, profitable and sustainable solutions are delivered to satisfy market/customer needs.
- 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Must have Bachelors Degree.
