Salary £36,000 per annum + Benefits

Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

We are currently seeking a proactive PMO Lead to shape the ongoing development of an effective programme management office.

The PMO Lead is responsible for the development and management of the Programme Management Office (PMO). They will manage the overall programme governance, including the development and embedding of a common set of best practices, principles and templates for managing projects. They will also track and report on programme plans, providing the Performance and Programme Board and the Senior Management team with a holistic view of programme / project performance to aid better decision making when prioritising future programme activity.

The successful candidate must have experience of working within programme or project office (PMO). Proven understanding of the inter-relationship between plans, milestones, resources, change control, issues, finances and benefits management is essential. Highly organised with a proven track record of ensuring project and programme activities are well coordinated and reported on is required. Further to this strong administration and MS Office skills, including proficient use of MS project, powerpoint and visio are also needed.
