We are currently seeking a Chief of Customer Success to work for our client, a growing Technology Company based in Leeds City Centre. Your role will be focused on the strategic implementation and support for key company clients. As the Chief of Customer Success, you will be instrumental in the company growth plans and implementing change. Your role will have direct leadership duties and will report directly to the company CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for a Implementation Manager who is looking for an exciting step up in their career, or an individual looking for a new challenge within a dynamic and leading company.

As the Chief of Customer Success, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of the implementation strategy and customer support
  • Coaching and developing key members of the Team and championing talent within the company
  • Monitoring and driving implementation targets and project delivery times
  • Implementing sustainable processes and resources
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders to support with new business tenders
  • Using customer feedback to create ideas and drive change
  • Reporting and product analysis

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

  • A proven career history within the Technology/Software industry
  • Experience implementing systems and processes
  • Experience managing and growing teams
  • Previous coaching and development skills
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Tech-Savvy in approach and interests
