Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Quality, Compliance and Innovation Manager to join the team based in Lincoln (some travel should be expected). You will be there on a full time, fixed term basis of 1 year and you will receive a salary of £25,000 to £35,000 per annum.

The Quality, Compliance and Innovation Manager role:
The Quality, Compliance and Innovation Manager will be responsible for leading on quality compliance and performance across all contracts held by our client, including the National Citizen Service (NCS) regional contract in the EM1 region.
This role will involve providing support and guidance to the Regional Coordinators on quality processes, ensuring effective strategic and operational management of the National Citizen Service (NCS) contract.

Their ideal candidate will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple partners and have experience of managing performance and implementing successful strategies to meet targets.
Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines are key requirements in this role.
