Finance Systems Coordinator

Location: Ealing

ROLE MISSION

The post holder will be responsible for the first line support, maintenance, and administration of the all the systems supported by the Finance Systems team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • First line support of all Finance systems supported by the FSUK team (primarily Maconomy).
  • Investigate and resolve system/user issues, ensuring that requests for assistance and problems are addressed in a timely manner and are suitably resolved or referred onwards to relevant or responsible parties.
  • Identify any trends in support calls issues and provide recommend resolutions, for example training or process changes.
  • Ensure that all calls are recorded appropriately in the ServiceDesk software (Service Now). Prepare analysis of support calls for the Finance Systems Manager to review.
  • To manage any projects designated to the role, ensuring their completion in a timely manner (using appropriate methodology).
  • Draft Policies and Procedures as required, for the Finance Systems Manager to review.

  • Similar IT/Database/Data administration environment (CRM/ERP/Maconomy)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
  • Demonstrable customer service skills
  • Ability to build effective and professional relationships with third parties and to deal with potentially difficult customers
  • Strong team player with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Proven organisation and administration skills
