In order to consolidate our business and continue our successful journey we are currently looking for a Business Leader for the Energy and Power Technology Division (m/w/d) Location: Neu-Isenburg (near Frankfurt am Main) The role: as a Business Leader you will be responsible for executing the dedicated segment Strategy to drive growth and financial results. In alignment with the regional strategy you will develop and implement focused geographic expansion and Service Line Development based on market intelligence and understanding of customer needs. Key responsibilities:
Driving a high performing team by managing the performance and development of the team members, by providing coaching and mentoring
Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and NPS (Net Promotor Score)
Having the overall P&L ownership of the segment for the region, hereunder managing budget breakdowns ensuring financial targets
Develop and execute operational plans to meet customer needs and improve productivity, TAT and quality
Collaborating and building trust within the organization with customers to meet or exceed their expectations
Anticipating customer needs by creating strong partnerships with Sales and Business Development
Participating in client seminars, conferences and trade shows
Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field
Solid experience and proven success in a relevant leadership position
Proven track record as a participant in cross-functional or global, inter-regional projects
Lean Sigma Green Belt or Lean Leadership Training, Gage R&R experience or equivalent are preferred
Demonstrated ability in understanding of how decisions impact business results
Ability to create valid management concepts and effectively build a diverse team
Strategical thinking and planning competencies
Fluent in German AND English, any other language is a plus
