Key Skills Required:
Having good knowledge and working experience in at least one of the following areas: Customer Onboarding, Sales Support, Customer Support, F&A Payout Processing & Revenue Reconciliation, Sales Incentives Management, Sales Order Management, Training / L&D Support.
Has good understanding of Process Audit & Quality Control, Reporting and Business Analytics.
Ability to work in close coordination with customer stakeholders - should therefore have strong business communication skills.
Ability to focus on high quality of deliverables accurately and timely.
Intermediate levels of proficiency in MS Office, including MS Visio.
Ability to learn fast, retain knowledge and adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and / or changes.
Understanding of creation and maintenance of process documentation / SOPs / work instructions.
Familiarity with working in a multi-stakeholder and outcome driven environment.
Strong customer orientation and problem solving ability in order to proactively take ownership and provide resolutions promptly.
