Contract Length - 12 Months minimum
What is it About ?
* You will be responsible for the organisation and coordination of Customer training.. managing registration, booking hotels etc..
* You will direct liaison with internal international trainers
* You will ensure the documentation is prepared and all equipment required is booked
* You will be in direct contact with the Customer, also attending social events in the evenings
What skills are required ?
* You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy interaction with Customers
* You will have an independent and service-oriented way of working
* You will possess commitment and team spirit amongst your strengths
* You will possess strong organisational skills
* You will have experience in a similar role
* You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Experience of CRM or ERP would be advantageous
* Multi lingual would be advantage
The position is Full Time - Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) preferable starting in February 2019 to allow a detailed hand over
