They sell and process Life Insurance and Protection Products providing customers with that all important peace of mind. About the role:-
You'll be making outbound calls to customers to agree suitable appointment times for the tele-interview staff to call them. The customer is in the process of buying a policy so there is no cold calling involved. Whilst you do this you'll have to maintain a full and accurate record of the progress of the life insurance application. When making the calls you'll have to follow a script.
The hours of work for the role are as follows:-
Three days from 12.30pm to 9pm and two days from 9.30am to 6pm (37.5 in total per week).
