Customer Service Advisor - 13 Month Maternity Cover

We are delighted to be working with a well-established business who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with excellent Customer Service skills to join their team. The contract will initially be for 13 months to include a one-month hand over period starting at the beginning of January.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of customer service to including handling quotations, order processing, giving technical advice and delivering a world class level customer service to all internal and external customers.

Daily Duties:

Working closely with external sales, engineering and technical departments to produce sales quotations
Process customer orders
Liaise with internal departments to ensure we meet delivery requirements for the customer
Investigate and resolve customer queries and record on in house system
Handling customer enquiries via email and telephone in relation to product and technical enquiries
Provide order status updates for the customer
Handling order changes or cancellations
Advise best products to meet customer needs

Experience Required:

Previous Customer Service/Order Processing experience
Strong knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent customer service and telephone manner
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills
Language skills would be adventurous for this role
