Job Title: Client Services Executive/ Client Sales Support

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience

Location: Handcross - own transport essential

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

We're excited to be working with our fantastic creative client who is looking for a dynamic Client Services Executive to join their fun team in a great working environment. They are a small and vibrant team within the creative industry, focusing on design, web and video content for a wide range of clients over the South-East. The Client Services Executive role would be perfect for someone with a creative and enthusiastic side who has lots of new and exciting ideas and likes to express them, whether it be in the office, in meetings or in front of clients.

This role will be predominantly supporting the Client Services Manager and be a varied position that will see you researching prospects, preparing proposals, nurturing relationships with potential customers and providing general administrative support to the sales function. The role will suit a confident communicator with experience in B2B Customer Service or Sales who is looking for a role in a growing, dynamic Company.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Researching potential prospects
* Qualifying prospects and working through structured campaigns
* Calling prospects as well as nurturing qualified contacts through multi-channel communication
* Assisting, proofing and completing project proposals where needed
* Collating and write up meeting notes
* Assisting with sales campaign planning and activation
* Maintaining and updating company CRM
* Managing annual client survey
* Supporting client retention strategy and activation
* Supporting marketing activities where necessary (content creation, brainstorms)
* Bringing ideas in the office, in front of clients, in meetings
* Listening, and understanding our clients' needs
* Demonstrating confidence and capability in all client's meetings, presentations and interactions

Key Skills:

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Previous client service experience preferred
* A confident telephone manner
* A talent and natural aptitude to nurture business
* IT savvy
* Inquisitive mind
* Ambitious, self-motivated and organised
* Genuine interest and passion for the creative sector
* Good sense of humour
* Own vehicle and license needed due to company location
