Joining a dynamic Customer Service team for an online retailer based in Shepherd's Bush, we are looking for a positive and proactive Customer Service agent. Dealing with customers directly you will be making changes to deliveries, amending orders and making cancellations. You will be confident in dealing with customers' general queries, complaints as well as the after care, this role is ideal for Retail Supervisors/Managers to step into a Head Office environment.

* Ensuring that the customer message is kept on brand at all times.
* Ensuring that all customer communication is of the highest standard.
* Ensure that you have excellent product knowledge at all times
* Resolve all customer questions and queries in a professional and timely manner
* Work in other departments and the showroom as required.
* Liaise effectively with all other departments
* Take the initiative to deliver beyond the expectations set for your role.
* Support the team to pick, pack and send out brochures and swatches.
* Follow and work to the company Values and the Sales Team Standards.
* Display a professional attitude towards the job at hand and the rest of the team
* Ensure that all systems and processes are followed with regards to returns and refunds.

Key Skills:

* Previous experience within a customer services role.
* Retail Managers/Supervisors will be considered for this role.
* Excellent listening and communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to problem solve and prioritise workload effectively.
* Good organisational skills.
* Self motivated with a positive approach.
* Initiate, execute and embrace new methods of work and projects. .
* Willing to go the extra mile (and then some) for every single customer.
* A quick learner who's flexible and willing to help out where needed.
* Good knowledge of Excel & Mac proficiency
* Sales and/or customer service experience

Working Hours:

* Monday - Friday, 09:00am to 6:00pm
* 1 in 4 Saturdays, 10:00am to 5:00pm (1 day in lieu during the week)
* 1 in 4 Sunday, 10am to 4.00pm (1 day in lieu during the week)
