Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits/package

OVERVIEW:
In-house Talent and Recruitment Lead, this is a full-time role and offers an excellent opportunity to really create your own department, and put your own mark on it. THE ROLE
This is a key role sitting in the HR department and reporting into a main Board Director. The role will be responsible for managing the whole recruitment process across 4 key educational sites. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years solid in-house recruitment experience and during that time have experience recruiting teachers/lecturers etc.

The role is broad involving writing adverts, sitting in on some recruitment panels, arranging and attending recruitment events, looking at employer branding, working externally to get exposure for employer of choice, use all your skills from excellent knowledge and experience working with social media, websites, job boards, IT knowledge, and be capable of having the vision and ability to develop the recruitment process. This role will give you the chance to build relationships with internal stakeholders/hirers and external agencies, put forward recruitment ideas. The role will have a small support team to manage.

THE CANDIDATE
-You will need the right attitude and be innovative, creative and have a passion for recruitment.
-The ideal candidate will have extensive and recent experience working as an in-house Recruitment Manager and have a full understanding of resourcing candidates, and working in a recruitment environment.
-It will be essential to have experience and detailed knowledge of how best to market recruitment. Understand how to attract the best Talent.
-Ideally experience recruiting in the educational sector.
-At least 4 years solid in-house recruitment experience.
-A good IT literacy and good communication skills are essential.
