This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys interacting with people from a variety of levels and backgrounds. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. The key responsibilities of this role are to register potential candidates, draft job vacancies, liaise with Clients and Candidates on the phone, in person and on email, maintain records on bespoke database and any other duties required. The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, be able to work on own initiative, have extremely good organisational skills and be a good team player. Experience in Recruitment would be advantageous but we would require a minimum of 3 years within a busy office based customer service role. Candidates who would like to play more of an active part in sales, for example networking, new business development, cold calling etc, would have a distinct advantage.
