Facilitate business process re-engineering and ongoing payroll systems development.
Provide high-level payroll knowledge, skill and expertise in the delivery of the corporate advice.
Consult in a professional, proactive and commercially focused manner in the day-to-day delivery of payroll services.
* Experience of Midland iTrent Payroll Information Systems.
* Local authority experience in a Payroll position is essential.
* Proven experience Local Government Pension Scheme and HMRC (FPS & EPS returns).
