You will be working for a market leader in cloud based management support systems.
The Company employs over 5,500 people worldwide and now have an opening in their UK office based in Bracknell.
The position will entail providing strategic support to a team of Sales Executives. As a vital part of the sales team, you will be responsible for monitoring overall account activity for your assigned sales group and aligning with the sales team to achieve the business objectives.
You will be tracking data and creating reports in English and French, regarding sales opportunities, market conditions, sales results, team earnings and etc.
Also you will support the lead and order management activities, processing of orders for self qualified leads when appropriate and preparation of product/licence quotes as needed for pre sales customers.
The role will entail quoting on complex deals, maintaining existing customer relationships, generation of sales orders, reviewing pricing and other necessary details in order to quote. Acquiring information from customers in order to coordinate transactions and utilising the Order Management System and Salesforce CPQ. Maintenance of the systems to ensuring all client records are up to date.
To carry out this role you will have a minimum 3 years of related experience ideally in a software sales environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in both English and French
Well organised with excellent administrative skills including fast keyboard accuracy and use of difference systems (Oracle, SharePoint, Salesforce etc) and have excellent customer liaision/account management expertise.
