We're working with a leading retailer who need Social Media savvy individuals with a flair for communication, empathy and customer service to join their customer service team over the busy festive period.
If you can provide empathetic customer service, and you know your way around a tweet, we'd like to hear from you.
The Social Media Advisor will join an excellent customer service team and will be responsible for the following:
* Responding to customer service queries over Social Media
* Using Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Google Plus
* Providing the initial response to any external queries on Social Media
* Providing helpful responses and resources to customers over Social Media
Therefore, we're looking for people who know how to use Social Media to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Knowledge of social media
* Strong written communication
* A desire to provide great customer service
You don't need to be experienced within the corporate environment, although it is desirable.
This is a temporary position, starting ASAP until January 2019.
