A leading environmental services organisation based in Buckinghamshire are seeking to recruit an outstanding Sales Coordinator, with experience of excelling within a Customer Service based role, to join their team in Westcott.
The successful candidate will be required to liaise with customers, via telephone and email, to provide quotations and take orders, process payments and deal with general enquiries. This will involve managing a Sales inbox, answering queries within an agreed SLA, inputting email orders and delegating tasks to colleagues.
As Sales Coordinator, you will also contact customers following the completion of their order to take feedback on their experience, discuss any issues and try to resolve and record the results into an Excel spreadsheet.
You will therefore need to be meticulously organised, with strong communication skills and a real passion for providing unrivalled customer service.
