My customer is currently looking for an English speaking SAP Data migration consultant to assist with an S/4 HANA UK roll-out project.

Responsibilities

1. Data migration coordination: drive DTO for SAP ECC and SAP S/4 rollouts, managing a team of data migration analyst and developers working on the project.

2. Manage ETL process for SAP projects: extraction, transformation and loading of data.

3. Management of schedules: creation schedules, tracking progress and progress reporting to the SAP project management and the project steering committee.

4. Build strong, efficient and motivated project migration teams, focused on project deliverables.

5. Drive data rationalization and cleansing. Work with Corporate functions collecting rationalization requirements, coordinate with local IT and the project team for data collection, structuring and rationalization file creation. Lead data cleansing activities in projects.

6. Own, introduce and promote the TEIS project data migration methodology and best practices.

7. Coordinate DTO issue resolution.

Skills Required

The Data Migration Lead (DTO lead) will be able to work equally effectively with individual team members as well as executive management. From a personal standpoint the successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and will:

Provide transformational thought leadership for the SAP ECC and S/4 Data area including Best Practices in data migration for projects.

Experience/Qualifications

Minimum 1 implementation experience in S/4HANA or SAP ECC roll-outs, coordinating across a variety of functional areas.

Strong experience in building data migration solutions, working with IT, business and corporate stakeholders.

IT specific knowledge, including SAP, Excel, SQL (initial);

Strong data analytical skills, demonstrated data cleansing and rationalization knowledge;

Strong verbal and communication skills, also with senior management.

Strong social/participative leadership style with the ability to listen and demonstrate flexibility while delivering consistent performance.
