Training Manager - 8 months - Remote

We are looking for an experience Training Manager, with ideally experience in procurement transformations.

This is a remote role in Europe.

You will interface with stakeholders in the Business Units and Functions, with related supporting departments and within the programs. You will ensure that the different audience groups receive the required training in a timely manner.

The consultant will be part of the program change and communications team.

Key accountabilities and activities:

• Conducts the training needs analysis
• Develops the training strategy & plan
• Ensures quality and timeliness of training development
• Ensures quality and timeliness of training delivery
• Monitors training progress and quality
• Align with team members of the right mix of training and other interventions
• Advises on latest training methods & channels
• Conducts train-the-trainer (for training skills)
• Ensures embedding of new training in the organization
• Supports in adjacent change management & communications efforts
