Start Date: ASAP

Duration: until 31/07/2024, option of internalization from the end of the project

Location: Zürich (Home Office 50%), major customer is in Bern, possibly requiring a few trips to Bern

Workload percentage: 100%

Key Responsibilities:

• Your home base is the Project Management Office Team, where you will exchange your experiences in the PMO area, and you will constantly develop yourself.
• As a PMO, you will work for a large, long-term customer project.
• You will be responsible for making the tools available to the major project manager and the project team. Furthermore, important topics are change and risk management.
• You support project and portfolio management in all planning, recording, monitoring and information tasks.

Your Skills:

• Bachelor or equivalent practical knowledge in computer science or business administration
• Experience of the various project management competencies in the required PMO environment (mandatory at least 3-5 years of sound experience)
• Mandatory German at least on level C1
• High standards of quality in the implementation of the order

Nice to have skills:

• Certification in classic project methods (IPMA Level D, PMI CAPM, Hermes Foundation)
