Retail Manager 3

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 of Food Service for Erlanger Medical Center. This is a high volume retail operation with Sodexo branded concepts, and national brands. Position will also oversee a seperate licensed starbucks store, will be responsible for the main Cafe, a retail food court, and operating the Chick-Fil-A concept. This position will report to the Retail General Manager at the unit.
Will manage up to 45 plus employees with varying shifts. Retail managed volume is 5 million.
The ideal candidate will have the following preferred qualifications/experience:
- Multiple years in a food management position, preferably within a retail dining/fast-casual setting
- Proven customer-service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
- Strong attention to detail
Responsible for food quality & customer service in an operation that may have branded concepts or other retail offerings. Directs the work of hourly and supervisory food service workers, as well as other managers.
- Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.
- Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.
- Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
- Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.
- Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.
- Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers, supervisors & managers.
