Starting pay $17.09/hour
This is a 1st shift position: 7 am - 3:30 pm M-F
Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production
Process Return Material (RGA) arriving at RC
Process Repair and Modify Material (RM) after Quality Inspection
Disassemble and reassemble preassembled inserts, cabinets, parts assemblies, components, and doors
Process Return to Stock materials from RGA's, verifying prints, components, databases, and knowing stock operations
Read and understand appropriate documentation required for product assembly (i.e. prints, diagrams, order sheets, schematics)
Perform SAP transactions for materials moving in and out of MRB, scrap & rework locations
Create, back-flush and reconcile rework work orders for material in MRB & rework location
Support part requests from MRB/Rework location for engineering and special projects
Effectively communicate with Procurement group, RC Quality group, Customer Return Center and Supplier Quality team
Work with quality to maintain data integrity of MRB and Calibration/Verification area
Support the collection, creation, and distribution of components and products for educational donation
Assist with the processing and disposition of freight claims
Conduct in-house verification of tools and fixtures and maintain records
Ensure necessary tool repairs are conducted by RC maintenance or external vendors
Assist in the processing of external tool calibrations
Job Knowledge & Skills
Demonstrate proficiency of assigned tasks/duties/responsibilities required to achieve customer satisfaction, including but not limited to SAP, Factory Talk and Kronos.
