Customer Services Administration Assistant - 12 months contract - Milton Keynes
You will be responsible for the effective undertaking of general administration duties to support the Service Centre. Respond to queries received from external and internal customers. Maintain company databases. Liaise with Service Engineers to plan service jobs and provide quotes, order acknowledgements and invoices for fixed systems and portable service work.
Previous Administration experience
MS Office, Excel, Word processing, spreadsheets
Excellent telephone manner.
Good communication and organisational skills.
