HR Change Managers

These roles are critical in supporting the business to plan and deliver the People Framework Programme, whilst maintaining a brilliant employee experience. Work closely with HR Business Partners leading people related change, HR programme teams and the Leadership, Learning and Talent team, the internal communications team and the business leadership to support the implementation of the People Framework Programme.
Supporting HR Director / Senior HRBP for the business unit to implement and drive through the changes that they need to deliver the People Framework Programme
Partnering with the business unit to create the overall change story and transition journey for their unit, and then plan and implement the resulting people-related changes for that business
Working collaboratively across the HR team, CoE's, Internal Communications team, People Framework Programme Teams to effectively deliver change
Ensuring the employee experience is personal, simple and brilliant in execution of change projects.
The role will require an individual who has strong HR project management or HR change management skills gained in a corporate environment. Having an HR background or experience of working in a restructuring or consultation programme is also a must. The person in this role will need be detail orientated, have a "hands on" approach, be able to work collaboratively, be a quick learner who is flexible and resilient.
