Bromley Council is a commissioning authority which gives rise to a number of interesting and challenging HR and employment law issues. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR professional to join our team to make an immediate contribution to the delivery of customer-focused HR services.
Providing advice to Directors and managers you will be confident in challenging and empowering them in all HR related aspects of their work, including coaching on complex casework and providing a strategic HR perspective to support workforce planning and business development.
You will also contribute to the development of flexible and innovative policies and procedures across the Council, and play a key role in maintaining consistent and high quality professional standards.
You should be able to demonstrate relevant and effective experience in employee relations, with sufficient breadth and depth of HR technical capability to enable sound judgement, decision making and the provision of business focused solutions.
