The successful HR Assistant will be responsible for a generalist remit including recruitment coordination, benefits administration, first point of contact for benefits queries and low level ER.
My client are a boutique law firm based in central London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
Full employee life cycle including on boarding and off boarding of starters and leavers
Advise managers and employees on policies and procedures
The successful candidate will be/have:
A background working in HR ideally at Administrator or Assistant level.
Degree or CIPD qualified or equivalent.
