A leading private sector organisation are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner for an initial 12 months.
In this role you will be supporting a range of functions across a matrix organisation. The successful candidate must be able to work at pace and with ambiguity.
Previous financial services experience is ESSENTIAL, and you must be able to manage strategic HR activities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial, as you will be required to build strategic alliances with challenging stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be commercially focused, be experienced at partnering large business groups and must be able to contribute to a range of projects. Strong resourcing, talent management, reward and ER experience is important, as is broader generalist capability.
