A fantastic opportunity for a strong and experience Learning & Development manager to work for this dynamic global consulting firm, located in the heart of the City of London.
With approximately 600 employees, this role would suite candidates who enjoy working within a high energy and enthusiastic organisation.
As the L&D Manager you will have responsibility for the learning budget as well as two junior members of the L&D team.
This role will be right for you if you are passionate about helping people to learn and better themselves. Whilst having a strong focus on the organisation's needs.
You will be confident and familiar with training needs analysis as well as comfortable with presenting learning solutions.
As a background you will be able demonstrate previous experience of managing a Learning and Development function and team. Have experience of designing, implementing and evaluating a variety of training solutions, naturally you will have strong communication and organisational skills. Influential and presentations skills will also be an advantage.
