This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a great HR Director, with great exposure to a wide variety

In this role, you will be reporting to the HR Director, and your duties will be to support and lead HR Generalist services and projects to the UK, Poland, China & Dutch employees at all levels within this specific business unit. The organisation is part of a larger group- with the majority of the employees in the USA.

The HR Manager has line management responsibility for the HR Advisor and is part of a wider HR team, supported by specific Compensation & Benefits and Learning and Development support which are central functions.

The main elements of the role:

HR Transactional duties:
-Responsible for the transactional HR deliverables for each stage of employee lifecycle
-Streamline and manage the quality of HR administrative processes
-Compliance and review of processes in accordance with SOX controls
-Work closely with managers, providing them with guidance and coaching them on policies, procedures and best practice
-Review of HR and Payroll inboxes dealing with employee queries
-Reporting monthly, quarterly, annual and adhoc requirements-Recruitment, Induction & Probation, Leaver
-Processes from end to end including approvals, benchmark requests, interviewing, induction plans and exit interviews
-Generation of all employment contracts including management and all local employment paperwork

Employee Relations
-Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
-Provide advice and guidance on employee relations cases and restructuring, ensuring that these are well managed and meet the requirements of the policies, best practice and relevant country's employment legislation
- Keep up to date with legal developments and advise the team on risk factors

Annual Processes
- Train Managers and monitor performance management processes
- Support annual merit plan, MPIP (bonus) plan, promotions/adjustments and associated activities

Learning & Development
- Assess individual development needs and work with L&D to source training provisions, monitoring training costs against budget

- Support budget processes for annual budget and reforecasts

- Workday SME for business unit, testing support and Workday implementation
-PSL review
- Induction implementation
- Learning & Development Working Group
- Internal Communications Working Group
