HR Business Partner

Package: Base salary up to £80,000 per annum + benefits package
Network HR are working exclusively alongside a world leading banking group within their corporate investment bank division to hire an experienced HR Business Partner. This conglomerative of banking businesses rank in the top 10 in the world and are one of the largest banks in Europe.
As the HR Business Partner you will support a number of key business areas including front, middle and back office employees (circa 230 employees) working closely with the Senior Stakeholders for each of these and managing a HR Advisor. This organisation is headquartered in Europe so the HR Business Partner will work closely with the global HR team to facilitate and embed strategy and process on a local level, tailoring this to suit the needs and style of each stakeholder.
The HR Business Partner will report in to the Head of HR for UK and EMEA with dotted lines directly into the business. You will work collaboratively with 2 other Business Partners and will have dedicated resource from a HR Advisor. There are centres of excellence across the organisation however it is essential for this Business Partner to operate in a highly operational and hands on style including handling all ER for dedicated client groups.
It is preferred for the successful candidate to have experience working within a financial services/professional services organisation where as a Business Partner, you are required to take a wider, global strategy/process and embed on a local level. Willingness to be hands on across the entire employee life cycle including recruitment and ER is essential as well as being able to support multiple stakeholders at a strategic level offering forward thinking and solutions focussed advice and guidance.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave and ideally looking for the successful HR Business Partner to be in post by March 2019.
