A global law firm headquartered in London are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Responsibilities will also focus on firmwide Corporate Responsibility & Diversity and Trainee Development. Reporting into the Graduate Recruitment Manager this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):Leading on delivering sessions for open days and placement schemesParticipating at law fairs and skills workshopsCoaching sessions for studentsCo-ordination of international training contract recruitmentFirst stage application screening and first stage interviewsProviding feedback to candidatesProviding generalist HR support managing the employee lifecycle of the trainees and future trainees including basic ER issuesAssisting with the mid and end seat catch upsResponsibility for seat changesArranging trainee inductionsData reporting on core HRBuilding relationships and liaising with our future trainees including coaching sessionsTaking the lead on facilitating trainee induction sessionsDelivering new supervisor briefingsCo-ordinating logistics for international and client secondmentsFeedback on CVs and business casesManaging environmental volunteering opportunitiesLeading or contributing to other CSR activitiesCo-ordination of diversity group meetings, minutes and follow up actionsEnsuring regular communication about activitiesAssistance with developing relationship with diversity partners and following up on actions as appropriateAdministration and coordination of diversity activitiesAs the Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:Relevant experience in a similar roleFlexible approachAbility to be discreet and ability to handle sensitive situationsAbility to work as part of a teamExperience working with an HR information system/databaseStrong IT skillsIf this Graduate Recruitment Advisor role is of interest, please apply directly.
