We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for one of our clients in Winnersh Triangle. You will be working alongside the Head Chef and running the kitchen in a prestigious, busy environment. Therefore, experience in a Business & Industry environment is essential.
What we are looking for:
* Strong communication skills
* A friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers
* Excellent time keeping skills
* Experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in a Business & Industry environment.
Your responsibilites will include:
* Maintaining the highest standards of food service.
* Using your initiative and culinary knowledge to assist the Head Chef in the creation of food menus
* Making sure that all health and safety standards are upheld by your team
* Carrying out tasks set for you by your Head Chef.
* Ensuring quality service across the unit.
