Starting Salary: £9.81per
Permanent | Full Time Hours | 37 hours per week
37 hours per week, hours will include 2 late finishes up to 8pm and alternative Saturdays. Our Client is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday.
The main responsibilities of this role is to help support the businesses new Telephone and Broadband customers with order placement, managing rejections, booking appointments and actively keeping customers updated throughout the on boarding journey via telephone, text and email. You'll also be expected to take inbound calls from customers that are requesting updates on their orders and take any corrective action to ensure we meet expectations and deliver a smooth transfer.
